“My approach to cooking is to focus on using the freshest ingredients and perfectly executing each dish,” says Miller. “I push the limit of flavor in my food, making every spice, herb and ingredient apparent in the final product. Every element of the dish pops in your mouth.” To encourage interactions among guests, casual open seating is equally comfortable as a meeting spot for after-work drinks as for an informal meal. Smoky mirrors allow patrons to catch glimpses of each other and a catwalk sneaks between banquettes providing space for impromptu encounters.
