When the time is right the Estancias Gauchos expertly select the prime animals to be driven across the plains to Santa Fe.
The resulting beef is shipped to the UK then carefully aged to ensure its optimum tenderness and flavour. These prime cuts are cooked over flames on our custom made chargrill so you can enjoy what we believe is the best steak in London.
