The items on the menu reflect a cuisine that brings together different styles of foods from Mexico, Ecuador, Cuba and Spain in a Tapas fashion inspired by authentic home made Latin recipes. Emphasizing the use of the freshest of ingredients imported mainly from South America, all the cuisines in Qba are prepared without artificial flavoring.
At Qba, the Rotisseries and the Brazilian-inspired churrasco grill smoke the food, enhancing the food with an unmistakable flavour. “Qba’s rustic cooking really means cooking ingredients of the season and of the location. Most importantly, the food is prepared with a minimum of preparation, with very little fuss or manipulation,” emphasizes Chef David King, The Westin’s Director – Kitchens who re-engineered Qba’s menu.
Diners can now look forward to Qba’s ‘Third Flavors – from the Grill’. Continuing its standard of sourcing the best beef from around the world, Qba will now feature the Australian ‘Black Angus Corn Fed Aged 200 Days’ as well as the ‘Black Angus Grass Fed Aged 200 Days’ steaks. For something from the Pampas region, there is simply no match for the Argentinean “Las Lilias”. Or indulge in the Australian Wagyu Beef – a juicy heaven for red meat lovers.

As for Lamb, expect only the tenderest Milk Fed Baby Lamb – your choice of rump, roasted rack of lamb or marinated roasted leg.
Apart from the meats, Qba offers a varied selection of seafood - Black Cod, Caper, Apple and Basil Salsa, Grilled Bresaola Wrapped Salmon, Pickled Red Onions and Maze Crumbled Halibut accompanied with Black Olive Sauce. All exquisitely presented and creatively infused together by our Qba Chef.
