“La Mamà” is an up-scale restaurant, established in Vilnius Old Town near the Town Hall. The menu of “La Mamà” is outstanding, rich and diverse. Here you can treat yourself to seafood: fresh grilled lobster, fresh oysters, mussels in white wine sauce, boiled octopus, variously prepared prawns. If cooking is a pleasure for you – order meat and seafood fondue with broth and enjoy preparing your food at your table.

If experimenting is not for you, but you do like fish, restaurant “La Mamà” is a great place to enjoy delicious and exceptionally prepared fish dishes: John Dory fish rolled in potato spaghetti; steamed halibut, served with broccoli sauce, zucchini rolls, Enoki mushrooms and lemon sauce; Butterfish with squid, Japanese Shiitake mushrooms, asparagus and garlic flavoured tomatoes; tuna fish with Miso and Wasabi sauces, or salmon served with fried spinach and mustard sauce. You will not be disappointed, because our Chef’s Honorata Lyndo mastership and ability to prepare food originally and aesthetically has been awarded by our guests compliments. And not only... The Chef of restaurant “La Mamà” is a contestant of prestigious culinary contests, she is gaining more experience by travelling around the world, getting acquainted with the secrets of foreign cuisines therefore her dishes are really worth the fascination.

Poultry fans will also find their favourite meal here – restaurant “La Mamà” can offer you: duck breast with fried chanterelle, chicken breast stuffed with sun-dried tomatoes ant ricotta cheese, served with rolled zucchini and cedar nuts. In the current menu you can find a very special dish, for which Chef Honorata has been awarded the golden medal in International Kremlin Cup Championship – pheasant breast stuffed with foie gras, served with mashed potatoes, Shallot onion jam and red wine sauce. Restaurant “La Mamà” can offer guests not only new gourmet dishes, but also various juicy grilled steaks, which the restaurant is famous for since the opening. For those who prefer meat dishes with something extra we can offer steaks with various sauces – tomato – coriander, garlic, ginger, horse-radish, hot adjika. Here in restaurant “La Mamà” you can not just taste delicious steaks, but also watch how they are being prepared. Flames, rising over the grill in the open part of the kitchen, make the atmosphere very warm and cosy. Even though the food is being prepared right here, you will never feel the smoke, only very pleasant aroma tickling your nose. The real American steak is made from the softest beef fillet mignon. It must be soft and juicy – these are the most important features of properly prepared beef stake. In the restaurant the stakes are prepared according to all the rules from ripened meat. You may choose how the stake is done – from rare to well-done. All dishes are prepared using only fresh products, because of the restaurant’s main rule – no frozen meat. The cooks start preparing the food only after the order. This may take a little bit more time and patience from our costumers, but once you taste it you will realise that it was worth waiting.

We must not forget to mention that in restaurant’s “La Mamà” menu with every meal you can see sommelier
recommended wine. You have your favourite wine, or maybe you want to try something new? From 12 pm to 5 pm you can order Lunch of the Day or Business Lunch in restaurant “La Mamà”, and in the evening you can come here to enjoy fancy dinner, listen to soothing music, spend some time with your guests and have a glass of fine wine. Every night from Thursday to Saturday you can enjoy live music in restaurant “La Mamà”, because the oldest “La Mamà” interior accent is an antique piano, which is played by professional musicians several nights a week.
