Ingredients
4 boneless chuck eye steaks, cut 1 inch thick
1/4 cup steak sauce
2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
Instructions
Combine steak sauce, brown sugar, lime juice and red pepper; reserve 2 Tbsp. marinade.
Place steaks in sealable plastic bag; add marinade; turn to coat. Close bag and marinate 10 minutes in refrigerator.
Pour off marinade. Place steaks on grid over medium ash-covered coals. Grill 14 to 20 minutes for medium rare, turning once. Brush with remaining 2 Tbsp. marinade during last 2 minutes cooking. Season with salt, if desired.

Serve with grilled red onion wedges and zucchini slices.
