EuroGastro is the most important fair event in Poland for the HoReCa sector. This is supported not only by press releases in business magazines, our customers' opinions, but also by the Polish Chamber of Trade Fair Industry's reports, in which EuroGastro keeps the leading position with regard to the number of exhibitors among the fair events of food and hotel industry profile (report trade fairs in Poland 2006).
Eleven years of tradition, comprehensive offering for the HoReCa sector, cooperation of the most prominent branch associations and institutions, training-like masters' shows - all these elements make the trade fair increasingly more interesting and attractive for both exhibitors and visitors. As compared to 2006, during the last edition of the event we recorded:
*15,6% growth in the number of exhibitors
*1200 m² more of the fair area net
*twice as large the Sweet & Bake sector (confectionery and bakery)
*three times as large the coffee and barmen sector.
For the visitors, EuroGastro constitutes a perfect opportunity to compare the products and services offered to food and hotel industry, to get aquatinted with market novelties and the latest trends in the sector. The forthcoming edition of the event shall cover the following subject matter sectors:
* kitchen back-up facilities
* equipment for hotel interiors and restaurant halls
* equipment, accessories, software
* food and beverages for food industry
* Sweet & Bake - confectionery & ice cream & bakery sector
* coffee and barman sector
* Wines of the world.
For the exhibitors, in turn, this is a place where during just three days one can reach the precisely identified group of professionals:
* Owners and managers of:
- restaurants, coffeehouses, cafes, pubs and clubs
- hotels and recreation and conference centers
- fast food restaurants and snack-bars
- bakeries and confectionaries
* managers of collective catering facilities (inter alia at schools, children's homes, hospitals)
* managers of super- and hypermarkets responsible for purchases and cooperation with suppliers interested in the HoReCa offering
* owners of warehouses
* cuisine chefs and cooks, confectioners and bakers, baristas and barmen
* distributors and manufacturers of equipment, goods and services for hotel and food industry, confectionery and bakery.
